Returns

Returns may be subject to the nature of the product or service purchased. For products that are eligible for return, customers must contact us before sending any item back.

Returns may be considered in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged at the time of delivery
• The product received is incorrect or does not match the order placed
• The product has a significant issue that is attributable to the order or delivery

Any such issue should be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with clear supporting evidence such as photographs or videos.

Refunds

Refunds are applicable only for approved return, cancellation, or service-related cases where a refund is determined to be appropriate.

Once the issue has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed using the original mode of payment or another method mutually agreed upon. Please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to be reflected, depending on the payment provider or bank.
